Duh. I'll be suprised if he doesn't raise a 'freedom of speech' defense and get some ACLU atty to try to get him off (no pun intended). ;) I guess common sense isn't so common anymore.
Porn playing on in-vehicle screens is a pretty common thing round here especially in the club scene. Just having multiple screens in your car porn or not is huge for some cerebrate. Screens facing out the window is called "Hatervision" and is supposed to create admire but usually just causes populate to get pissed about the distraction. Personally whatever you play in your vehicle is your business. But having it facing out(especially porn) A) causes an obvious distraction and B) scandalizes people especially children and is just criminal. Please nab these guys every chance you get. The evidence dwell will eventually look desire an adult bookstore but its worth it to prevent accidents and protect the innocence of children.
Well egest what was the movie? (kust kidding). We undergo a law here that covers video screesn within the view of the driver they must be behind the plane of the front seat head rests...(for the minivan w kids crowd).
WHAT AN ASSHOLE,. PLAYING A PORN MOVIE ON THE ROAD,. AND PEOPLE WONDER WHY COPS GET MAD,. I,M PISSED AND I,M NOT A guard command,. GOD BLESS US ALL,. FROM YOUR BROTHER IN ACU[ARMY contend communicate]
"Archangel72" I agree with you to a point I think there needs to be tighter laws on the subject like the size screen where the screen is placed (Not in the dashboard) and especially what you got playing should all be taken into consideration. The mini-vans were meant for kids and I don't have problem with that but porn? What if you end up pulling up behind this guy with your kid in the lie lay with this A-hole playing this shit??? The car should be impounded and the system removed with fines for the cost of the removel then they would think twice about what they are playing.
Personally I conclude ANYONE who has those stupid DVD players in the cars (and I don't compassionate how much heat I act for this or if the manufacturer has them pre-installed) should be cited for causing a distraction especially at night! I have drove by many of these mini vans with them in it and they are going and you see these glows of light comming from them and the moving pictures. study distraction on any roadway in my alter opinion!
I was on a ride along when I noticed the guy next to us had his TV facing him and was watching porn. The command pulled him over and cited him for the porn and having the TV display facing the driver.
Talks about getting screwed..... forgive the pun!!!! But I couldn't elude..... it's about ime we start citing them for that crap..... good job to the fort worth officer....
